Current Position: In his current role as Managing Director of the EMGTA, Mr. Kaplan with the help of a highly experienced small business consortium has implemented measures for successfully vetting manufacturers, Intermediaries, and prospective buyers. This process has stabilized our supply chain and is driving our current business growth. • Build and maintain high-level contacts within government agencies, globally recognized PPE manufacturing partners, prospective buyers, and on-boarding of the same. • Drive and secure PPE orders through from client request to delivery by the manufacturer • Logistics planning, and response handling strategies. • Execute EMGTA’s client acquisition plan and coordinate efforts with our small business consortium, to oversee the outsourcing of all non-essential duties. • Ensure clients of EMGTA have the financial resources, ethical standing, staff, and capability to fulfill their commitments. • Recommending and executing rollout modifications deemed necessary to educate consumers, increase brand visibility and sales. • Assist in the development sales collateral including but not limited to, social media, online and mobile marketing. Previous Position: Mr. Kaplans' previous role as Vice President of International Business Development for Iridium Labs, A São Paulo based firm. While there Mr. Kaplan leveraged his years of experience with the highly regulated cosmetical, nutraceutical industries to help import CBD products from the United States to patients in Brazil. The company successfully imported cannabinoid-based products for uses in areas such as autism, intractable epilepsy, oncology, pediatric oncology, cardiovascular, depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia. Mr. Kaplan was also responsible for monitoring patient activities, patient support, and compiling scientific data that communicated the successful results of his efforts to NVISA the Brazilian equivalate of the FDA. This resulted in the easing of CBD import regulations across the country
